however, we do sell catalogs produced by some of the our leading manufactures
and distributors. We encourage the use of these industry catalogs
as a resource and communication tool. If you have any older catalogs
(with part or model number) we can usually identify specific items
with current availability and pricing. Please note: Prices
are subject to change without notice.

Our Guarantee:
Your
satisfaction is our goal. We will make every
attempt to make sure the products you order will meet your expectations.
However, if you must return an item, all returns must be made within
15 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your original order
with the reason for the return noted. Ship and insure to the mailing
address below. We will exchange, credit or send a refund check (excluding
return postage) promptly. Special orders are not returnable.
